Web, mobile, design and data

Software, apps and the design around them.

Nucleo System builds web applications, mobile apps and the databases underneath them — .NET, Blazor, React, PHP, iOS and Android — with our own designers on the same floor. One team from the first sketch to the server it runs on.

Four layers, one team. Tap a block to see what it covers.

  • Web and portals Blazor, ASP.NET and React front ends for the people who sit in the system all day.
  • Mobile apps Native iOS and Android for staff on the floor and customers with a phone in their hand.
  • APIs and services The .NET and PHP services joining your software to payments, SMS, devices and government portals.
  • Data and reporting SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL underneath, with exports your accountant will accept.

What we build

Web applications

Portals, dashboards and internal tools for teams who live in the software eight hours a day. Fast, keyboard-friendly, and readable on a ten-year-old office monitor.

  • Blazor
  • ASP.NET Core
  • React

Mobile apps

Native iOS and Android for staff in the field and customers at home. Both built against one shared API, so the two stores never drift out of step.

  • Swift
  • Kotlin
  • React Native

PHP, WordPress and Laravel

The PHP systems you already run. We take them over, secure them and keep them moving, instead of insisting you throw eight years of work away and start again.

  • PHP
  • Laravel
  • WordPress

Databases and reporting

Schema design, tuning the queries that time out, moving between engines without losing a row, and the reports your team will actually open.

  • SQL Server
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL

Design and graphics

Interface design, brand marks, print and social artwork, done in-house alongside the build — so what ships looks like what was drawn.

  • UI and UX
  • Branding
  • Print

Cloud, DevOps and support

Deployment, backups, monitoring and an engineer who answers the phone when something breaks on a Sunday.

  • Azure
  • Docker
  • CI/CD

Who we build for

We are not industry specialists, but we have been in enough of these buildings to know what the work looks like before you explain it.

Healthcare

Hospitals and clinics: appointments, records, treatment plans, billing and the daily collection report.

Education

Academies and colleges: admissions, attendance, fee collection and course delivery.

Retail and e-commerce

Storefronts, stock, and the admin screens the people behind the counter actually use.

Manufacturing

Shop floor dashboards, label printing, machine telemetry and quality records.

Logistics

Job lists, proof of delivery and driver apps that keep working with no signal.

Professional services

Time, projects, invoices and the reports partners ask for every Monday.

Recent work

Education, web and mobile

Schooling

A school management platform: admissions, attendance, timetables, fee collection and results in one place, with separate access for the office, teachers and parents.

Human resources, web

Digital HR

Staff records, leave and attendance, payroll inputs and appraisals, so an HR team stops running the company out of a spreadsheet and a shared drive.

IoT, ESP32 firmware with Android and iOS

Temperature and humidity logger

A battery-powered logger that reads temperature and humidity, shows them on its own screen, beeps when a reading leaves the safe range, and reports over Bluetooth and WiFi to companion apps on Android and iOS.

Sebastian Karkus Founder, LuxQM SARL

Working with Nucleo has been one of the best decisions we've made for our business. From day one, their development team felt like a true extension of our own. They're highly skilled, incredibly responsive, and genuinely invested in our success.
What sets Nucleo apart is their consistency. Deadlines are met, communication is clear and proactive, and the quality of their work is outstanding every time. They don't just follow instructions; they bring fresh ideas, spot problems before they happen, and always look for ways to make the product better.
Thanks to Nucleo, we've been able to move faster, scale with confidence, and deliver results our customers love. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and dedicated development partner.

Our students are sitting IELTS and PTE — if the platform is down on exam week, that's someone's future. Nucleo System have kept ours running since 2018. What I value is that the people who wrote the code are still the people who answer when I write in.

Questions we get asked

The ones that come up on nearly every first call. If yours is not here, the answer is a message away.

How long does a project take?

A first working version is usually six to twelve weeks, depending on how many parts you need. The estimator on the Services page will give you a range in about thirty seconds.

Fixed price or hourly?

Fixed price against a written scope for the build, then a monthly retainer once it is live if you want us to keep it running. Neither locks you into the other.

Who owns the code?

You do. Source sits in your repository and servers run in your account from the first week, not handed over at the end as a favour.

Can you take over software someone else built?

Often, yes. We pick up PHP, .NET and WordPress systems regularly. We read the code first and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping or starting again.

Do you build for iOS and Android both?

Yes, against one shared API so the two stores never drift apart. Native Swift and Kotlin where it matters, React Native where it does not.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything: the code, the servers, written documentation and a handover session. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing locked to us.

Still on spreadsheets, or a site nobody can edit?

Send it over. We will tell you honestly whether new software is worth it, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost.
